Some simple advice to successfully arrange your Wedding Album
Organize your finished album on paper-
Your finished wedding album should tell the story of your wedding in the order the events happened. If you have your finished photographs, lay them out on a large table, or a clean floor. Organize your prints in a flowing sequence.
First and last pages are by themselves-
Remember the first picture will be seen by itself. Organize your photos so page two and three look good together. As you go through the book the left page will always be an even number. The last photo is seen alone as well. If you have a blend of color and B&W photographs, it's preferable to keep them on facing pages. The last page is alone as well.
Lots of single photo pages, to avoid having your album look like a proof book-
Enhanced mats, and multiple print inserts are a big plus. Lots of pages with just one print will make your album more enjoyable for your friends and family. Too many small prints may make your album look more like a proof book. A rule of thumb is that small photographs should be less than 40% of your album's content.
White albums are pretty, but ...
If you're convinced the only album for you is white, that's what you should have. If not, consider a more contemporary color such as Hunter Green, or Charcoal Black. These covers are less likely to show fingerprints and other blemishes as the years go by.
Matching parent's albums are great every time you visit home-

Just a quick note to brag-
The Milan Album line has been the flagship at our Palm Beach Studio for over ten years. We have a couple of albums in our display gallery that have been here from the beginning, and in use daily. Understand that 10 years in our commercial property is equivalent to a century in your living room. These albums just never wear out ...
